AMERICAN ORIENT EXPRESS TRAINS

Only twice so far have I been fortunate enough to be in the area when the American Orient Express trains have come through. While these trains are pulled by Amtrak locomotives, the passengers enjoy a significantly higher level of personal service. American Orient Express, now known as GrandLuxe Rail Journeys, is the railway equivalent of a first-class cruise ship.
